About Nathan

Nathan has been a Spurs fan since 1994, when as a 9-year old he got his first taste of football watching World Cup 1994. The iconic Jurgen Klinsmann quickly became his favourite player and subsequently joined Tottenham, so his decision was made for him, much to the disdain of his Arsenal-supporting father.

Cutting his teeth writing for Infostrada sports as a voluntary writer, Nathan now works as a digital marketing manager. Nathan’s day job involves producing copy for a company selling vans. Prior to this, he did the same job for a workplace services provider. Needless to say, he much prefers writing about football.

“It’s very difficult to choose one player or game, and despite a player being the basis for supporting Spurs, it’s now 22 years later and the club is what matters most. Having said that you’d be hard pressed to find any Spurs fan who had a bad word to say about Rafael van der Vaart. The signing, the impact, the attitude…he’s easily a favourite! Honourable mention goes to Danny Rose…for THAT goal, on his league debut, against Arsenal. If Carlsberg did debuts….”
